40 hrs pw Monday-Friday

Job purpose:

To assist customer service team leader with call taking activity and data entry, serving the community in partnership with the NHS Wheelchair Service.  This role will report to the Customer Service Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering the tele in a busy call centre environment whilst obtaining and verifying information from the client and inputting onto computer system
• Inputting and retrieving data from the in-house bespoke database.
