About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Doncaster. In this key role, you’ll be the first point of contact for a portfolio of our Customer Accounts —helping to resolve queries, process orders, and ensure we’re delivering exceptional service.

Through effective relationship management, you will support the customer by handling pricing, delivery information, and order processing from end to end.
