Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.

Communicate with empathy and patience, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to explore and negotiate solutions.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by assisting teammates and supporting your Team Manager when needed.
  • Represent and promote the company’s values and culture both within the organization and externally.
  • Take part in ad hoc assignments or projects as delegated by Team Leads or Supervisors.

Preferred Qualification:

  • A genuine passion for helping others—you take pride in turning challenges into positive experiences.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
