Position Overview

Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their organisation as a Customer Service Advisor/ Agent to enhance customer relations, for an organisation based in Chessington.

This role is working on a day shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Main responsibilities:

* Build relationships with customers

* Process customer orders and confirm orders are despatched

* Generate customer invoices

* Deal with queries in a timely manner

* Support function for the department

Qualifications & Experience:

* Excellent communication skills & experience working in a similar role, resolving customer queries

* Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)

* Good data entry skills
