• Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
• Provide customer service support and resolve routine problems regarding the client’s product or services and interface with customers via phone, email, chat or social media as required
• Develop technical skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives
• Champion better brand experiences for customers and clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field
• Proficient or bilingual in Arabic and English
