In the Fluent Welsh Customer Service Advisor job, you will be:
First point of contact for customer telephone, email and letter enquiries and follow ups, providing support and guidance on personal scenarios including payments
Contacting customers to update information held on the system and undertaking checks to see if assistance is needed in any way
Providing administration duties including compliance of documents, updating personal records, inputting work logs
