We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join a leading Financial Services client in Leeds.This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and enjoys building relationships with new customers every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling a high volume of inbound calls
Dealing with complex queries and complaints
Building relationships with customers every day
Taking ownership of each personal call or query
Managing multiple tasks
Able to provide the exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media
