Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • You play a key role in delivering a memorable experience for all our passengers.
  • Your primary responsibilities include checking in passengers, warmly welcoming them upon arrival, and ensuring a seamless departure process.
  • You may also assist passengers with special needs or provide premium customer service in exclusive lounges at Changi Airport.
  • In addition to maintaining the presentation of buffet tables, you will manage meet-and-greet services at the reception area and carry out basic computerized transactions.
Requirements
  • Customer Service skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and service-oriented, with a willingness to go the extra mile
