About the role This is a full-time customer service role at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc., based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this non-voice position, you will be handling customer inquiries and issues through email and chat channels.
What you'll be doing - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via calls, email and chat
