Purpose of the role

We would like to have experts to become ambassadors of our brands in the coffee and culinary world according to our Client reputation and status.

We would like our experts to provide 360º support to all our brands in presales and aftersales scenarios, including physical stores and e-commerce, basic technical support for troubleshooting and backoffice tasks.
