Position Overview

Responsibilities

: β€’ Schedule and coordinate load times with planners and ensure alignment with available equipment. β€’ Receive and enter load tenders from customers through various channels (email, fax, phone, EDI), and update the system with appointment details. β€’ Obtain and update necessary details related to purchase orders and trailers in the system. β€’ Assist Customer Service Representatives with their duties, provide temporary coverage for account activity, and handle rescheduling of missed or late loads. β€’ Demonstrate support for the Penske Quality Management System (PQS) and perform other duties as assigned to maintain service standards. β€’ Other projects and tasks as assigned.
