Overview
Customer Service Assistant. Responsible for supporting the process of stock deliveries and returns through accurate documentation. Works closely with Commercial team and 3PL to ensure orders reach customers according to delivery KPI.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and process sales orders from Commercial team within given cut‑off times.
- Fulfil orders based on customer priority agreed with Sales.
- Coordinate with 3PL to ensure delivery fulfilment.
Goods Return Processing
- Process all Sales Return Notes from Commercial team according to agreed timeline and track damaged or good stock returns up to Credit Note issuance.
- Process all Trade Return Notes from 3PL according to agreed timeline and complete up to Credit Note issuance.
- Maintain proper filing of documents including POD return from depot.
