Job Summary
Customer service associate (CSA) job requires a high level of customer interaction and should have good customer facing and communication skills. Responsible for providing the highest standards of Customer service, provides excellent customer satisfaction. Apart from selling, CSA are also responsible for the stocking, visual merchandising, ordering of merchandise and related administrative duties.
Job Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for providing high standards of Customer Service which includes gift wrapping and provide after sales service.
- Responsible for greeting all customers promptly and politely as they enter the store and ensure to follow the customer service standards.
- Guide customers throughout the store or to the specific area as per customer requests.
