+ Resolving customer billing issues/residuals as needed.
+ Identifying, investigating and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
+ Collaborating with planning, pricing and operations to meet customer needs.
+ Entering and maintaining the service-related data into customer service systems.
**What your background should look like**
Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
