 :ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our Customer Operations team in Krakow. In this role, you will support customers and vendors throughout the order management process, manage requests in Salesforce and coordinate with internal teams to ensure that customer queries are handled accurately and efficiently.
You will take ownership of customer cases from the initial request through to resolution and work closely with Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Finance and other internal departments.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Manage the customer backlog in Salesforce, our customer relationship management system.
Respond to queries from customers and vendors by email, chat and telephone.
Review customer orders and verify that all required information is complete and accurate.
Contact customers to collect missing details or clarify order requirements.
