Job Description
Responsibilities
- Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments.
- Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary.
- Responsible for providing assistance, information, and support to customers regarding products or services.
Qualifications
- College undergraduate can apply
- Open for SHS graduate with CSR experience
- With at least 1 Year of experience as CSR
- Can attend virtual interview
- Willing to work on site at BGC Taguig City
Work Setup
Onsite (Monday -Friday)
