Position Overview

About the Role

The person is responsible to handle client coordination, documentation of government requirements and monitoring of shipments.


Key Accountabilities

  • Booking management, handling, monitoring, and updating to customer.
  • Handling of day-to-day bookings (import/export/customs clearance, local transfers, domestic/inter-island and triangular), updates, and monitoring of shipments from point of departure until arrival at destination.
  • Monitors the execution of shipments.
  • Coordinate to DP World vendors (carriers, co-loaders, brokers, trucking team).
  • Monitor on time return of containers (empty) for import.
  • On time sending of pre alerts
  • Filling of manifest (inbound shipments)


Qualifications, Skills and Experience s

  • Bachelor’s degree in Custom Administration or Logistics
  • With experience as customer service assistant/ staff ...
