Handling daily emails which are sent to company’s main email address, acting upon them in a timely manner by forwarding the mail to the concerned department.
Coordinate the flow of mail and goods in and out of office.
Respond to a variety of requests, questions, and inquiries via the telephone or in person in a courteous, efficient and timely manner.
