Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Administrate the reception area to maintain its appearance as per the set standards.
  • Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist every visitor in a timely manner.
  • Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills, take and relay messages, operate a switchboard, route calls to specific people and answer inquiries about company.
  • Keeping a visitors registry book and ensuring it is filled properly
  • Sending outgoing as well checking incoming faxes daily and distributing them to a concerned department.
  • Handling daily emails which are sent to company’s main email address, acting upon them in a timely manner by forwarding the mail to the concerned department.
  • Coordinate the flow of mail and goods in and out of office.
  • Respond to a variety of requests, questions, and inquiries via the telephone or in person in a courteous, efficient and timely manner.
