**Job Overview**

Works collectively with all aspects of the Supply Chain to ensure the customer’s needs are met in a timely manner.

**Job Requirements**

+ Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
+ Carrying out contract reviews on orders/schedules and processing them in online systems.
+ Conducting regular reviews with your account base to discuss OTD, backlog and other general support issues.
+ Identifying opportunities for process improvements and waste elimination.
