Customer Service Manager – London
Sportswear brand

£40,000–£50,000 | On‑site | Start ASAP

We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop an internal and off shore Customer Service team for this iconic Sports brand. You’ll oversee daily operations, coach coordinators, optimise processes, and work closely with Sales & Logistics to keep orders moving and customers happy.

What You’ll Do
Lead & develop a high‑performing CS team

Manage orderbooks, customer data & key KPIs

Build strong relationships with internal & external partners

Solve challenges across orders, fulfilment & customer queries

Report key performance insights + drive continuous improvement
