Position Overview

Will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing information about HVAC products and services, processing orders, scheduling service appointments, and assisting with general office tasks. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication between the company and its clients while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding HVAC services, products, and billing.
+ Schedule appointments for HVAC technicians for installation, repairs, and maintenance services. Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders to customers.
