Standby/Onsite to attend to service calls and customers' needs Project coordination involving handling progress schedule of projects, assist with schedule and placement of work orders of new/ongoing projects Site inspection and ensure the quality of work are achieved and comply with authorities/customers' needs Monitor project plans, handle customers' complaints, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction and resolutions Manage large numbers of incoming calls Liaise and coordinate with relevant personnel (Sub-contractors, Suppliers, and Clients) to coordinate and service projects and to ensure the smooth running of projects to ensure regulations are achieved and comply with. Prepare relevant documents, drawings, and service reports to assist in projects for submission.
