• Salary: 60,000 to 70,000 annually (to be negotiated)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Employment type: Permanent, full time
• Education: College, CEGEP, or other non‑university certificate or diploma of 3 months to less than 1 year

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to less than 5 years
• Must work at the physical location; remote work not permitted

Work Setting

• Manufacturing and industrial plant

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in response to clients' needs
• Deliver customer service
• Monitor and evaluate service performance

Transportation / Travel

• Own transportation required
• Valid driver's licence required
