Job Description
- Provide timely and professional responses to inbound customer calls and emails.
- Deliver first‑contact resolution whenever possible; escalate complex issues to relevant departments appropriately and on a timely basis.
- Follow up cases closely and ensure they meet SLA.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system according to SOPs.
