Position Overview

Job Description

  • The role supports the sales team to process order to customer with OTIFNE KPI
  • Solve customer complaints on time & customer satisfaction
  • Order processing in SAP
  • Customer complaints handling
  • Cooperate with 3PLs for delivery to customer 
  • Stock reconcile for tax report 

    • Job Requirement

  • At least 2 years expereince in the same function
  • Good communication skills
  • Understanding of sales channels
  • Attention to details
  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Customer service skill
  • SAP system familiarity is a plus
