Position Overview

            Duties and Responsibilities includes:  Able to commit on weekends and public holidays 
Maintain excellent guest services through standardized operations 
Support operations with staff movement - rostering, leave managment, etc 
Assist with schedule/reschedule of appointment for guests 
Managing guests expectations and attend to enquiries; 
Promote & sell products and encourage pre-booking of future appointments; 
Recommend various services to ease cross-service booking; 
Confirm appointments daily to ensure services slots are filled; 
Informing team members of daily schedules and/or any adjustments; 
Resolving guests feedback and complaints 
Supporting Service staff when required; 
Responsibility for accuracy in opening and closing of daily POS sales 
Support and manage Inventory and ensure processes (paperwork) is maintained
