Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities  Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent customer service 
Support registration and customer flow during ceremonies and events 
Assist customers in using self-service kiosks and provide basic troubleshooting 
Perform administrative duties and simple reporting 
Prepare and set up service counters and rooms before operations 
 Job Requirements  Minimum ITE / Diploma or equivalent 
At least 2 year of customer service experience 
Good communication skills in English 
Computer literate and comfortable using digital systems 
Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality
