Provides professional and timely support to the sales team and customers. Works onsite at the service center, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting and returns
• Sourcing parts
• Assisting in the stockroom as needed and delivering orders to customers as required

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience; industrial distribution or parts counter experience preferred
• Knowledge of bearings or power transmission preferred
• ERP and Excel experience; SAP knowledge a plus
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
