CUSTOMER SERVICE LEADER

Our client, based in Welshpool, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Supervisor to join their Operations team. 

Duties:

• Work closely with the customer service and the sales team providing support on pricing, stock availability and reporting.
• Provide back up for the customer service team during peak periods of inbound calls.
• Provide monthly reports on customer/ product sales and identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage customer enquiries and warranties
• Monitor product margins and investigate where required.
• Local procurement, part maintenance and purchasing
