Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out quality assessments on technicians work, feeding back consistently to continually improve our service
  • Carry out regular plot checks, ensuring defects are resolved before we hand over to the customer
  • Work closely with the Head of Customer Service and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Effectively manage and review In-House and NHBC data to better understand our customers

Requirements:

  • A background in a similar role within Construction, or working as an Assistant / Site / Project Manager with a builder, and looking for a change of career
  • Full driving license, and willingness to travel to sites in West Sussex & Kent
  • Fast thinking, customer focussed individual
  • Ability to communicate well, and influence at all levels

What We Offer:

  • Starting basic salary of between Β£50-55k + bonus scheme
