β Ensure timely quotation is sent to the Customer and booking is confirmed & sent promptly.
β Support operations & Sales in executing service delivery.
β Manage carrier/vendor relations, including securing spot rates, equipment, space protections, priority haulage, and customs broker services to meet agreed service levels.
β Monitor timely resolution of issues/queries from the operations team and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
β Maintain data integrity across systems.
β Responsible for cross-selling/up-selling, customer retention, and follow-up on freight outstanding.
β Monitor, record, and report service performance, providing recommendations for improvement, whether for service wins or failures.
β Collaborate with the sales team to establish and strengthen customer relationships.
β Ensure service excellence and develop a best-in-class platform for customers/clients.
