Responsibilities - Handle customer enquiries via digital channels (webforms and live chat).
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions while meeting service KPIs.
- Assist customers with billing enquiries, account opening/closure, high consumption cases, and bill adjustments.
- Process payment arrangements, including instalment plans, payment deferments, and related requests.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer cases where required.
- Support daily operations and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
