Responsibilities - Assist in the daily service operations to improve the operating standard, inventory management, customer service, quality and efficiency of the service operations.
- Assist in customer service and inventory control to ensure prompt and good services delivered, and provide prompt rectification to remedy any service delivery deficiencies identified.
- Do employ best practices in the functions of service standard setting, operations, inventory control, and customers service for the most efficient and effective approach.
