Provide excellent customer service and support daily operations across MAF Entertainment venues. At MAF Cinemas, ensure smooth cinema operations and high service standards. ROLE PROFILE

• Deliver consistent high-level customer service across all MAF Entertainment venues in line with company SOPs.
• Support daily operations across MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Ski Dubai to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Handle ticketing, sales, and bookings using system platforms, including upselling and promoting products and services.
