· Welcome and inform patients,

· Handle payments and sell cleaning products and accessories
· Manage appointments
· Collect feedback or complaints.






Required profile :

Education: Bac + 2 (BTS, DUT) or higher 




Skills
· Reception procedures
· Communication techniques
· Conflict prevention and management techniques
· Use of office software (word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)
· Filing and archiving methods
· Oral and written communication skills.
· Languages: perfect command of Arabic and French
