The NETS Customer Service Counter operates from 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and is the key point of contact for our customers regarding their queries on the company’s products and services. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in person at the service counter. As part of the team, this position will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience for our customers by providing excellent service in a prompt and professional manner.
