What You’ll Do - Attend to customer inquiries via walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
- Provide professional advice on watch repair, servicing, polishing, and authentication services.
- Receive watches for servicing and accurately record customer and watch details.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and service orders using the company's management system.
- Follow up with customers on repair status, collection arrangements, and after-sales service.
