We need a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator who can run the day-to-day like they own the place. You'll be the first voice customers hear, the person keeping our engineers on track, and the driving force behind a smooth, profitable operation. Your day will span customer calls, engineer scheduling, invoicing, social media, and revenue growth. No two days will look the same — and that's exactly the point.
