We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Operator to join our existing team to help deliver support to patients, GPs and other Healthcare professionals across the UK & Ireland. No previous healthcare experience is required as we provide full training.


We are a 24/7 service and we have an opportunity for a day shift role - 8am – 6pm (Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday) - Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday being the days off.

About the Role

• Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, dealing with queries effectively.
