Every Soldier, retiree, and family member who walks into the Fort Bragg ID card office is counting on someone to get their credential right — the card that gets them on post, onto the network, and into the benefits they earned. That someone is you. As a Customer Service Personnel, or Verifying Official, you confirm who people are and issue the Common Access Card (CAC) and Uniformed Services Identification (USID) card the Department of Defense runs on.
