Key Responsibilities
- Support customer service operations by managing inquiries and ensuring timely, high-quality responses
- Prepare competitive sea and air freight quotations for export shipments
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Coordinate with overseas partners, agents, and vendors to obtain optimal pricing
- Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions
