Process mapping of As-Is and To-Be business processes and supporting actions required to close the gap between the current and future state
Support manager in ongoing projects and ad hoc daily administrative work
Assist in tasks such as testing systems and automations where necessary
Construct meaningful dashboards using internal data sources to increase accessibility and insights into productivity and opportunities for operational efficiency
Assist the manager to develop, implement and monitor the practice of quality expectation and service standards of the team
