Position Overview
The Customer Service Professional will be responsible for providing the sales team with routine administrative support and enhances the efficiency of the sales process between Sartorius and it's customers. The holder of this position supports the internal sales team to run reports and simple analysis for sales team to be aware the sales situation and the status of customer.
**Main Responsibilities & Tasks**:
- Provide timely and effective administrative support to a sales team, unit, or department.
- Process sales and invoices so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.
- Draft more complex sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and annual agreements.
- Make more complex calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
