POSITION SUMMARY
Represent BorgWarner ETTS and manage interactions with Customers to build strong customer relationships and maintaining 100% On time delivery and satisfaction. Schedule product lines to meet demand while managing inventory levels and best use of production resources

RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Keep closely communication with customers, follow all requirements and work with internal areas to keep 100% as Customer Delivery Rating for Production and for Service each month.

+ Responsible for Customer demand integration & analysis as a basis for SAP production schedule generation (including service parts) while keeping optimal inventory levels for FG and sub-assemblies.

+ Monitor production attainment and level production orders to achieve the best use of plant resources.
