**Duties/Responsibilities**
• Interact with and assist customers regarding vehicle repair needs and service options
• Interpret work performed and discuss with customers; verify vehicle mileage
• Schedule preventative maintenance, warranty, and commercial repairs/services
• Enter and maintain detailed data records
• Resolve customer complaints with professionalism
• Ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction throughout the maintenance process

**Required Qualifications**
• Experience in automotive or fleet maintenance operations
• Minimum?2 years of customer service experience, including complaint resolution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
