Description
Customer Service/Project Coordinator

We are partnering with a manufacturing company in the Bristol, CT area to hire a Customer Service Rep/Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage customer projects from order entry through production and shipment.

+ Ensure project accuracy, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

+ Partner with sales team on project timelines and deliverables

+ Maintain accurate project data and documentation.

+ Manage customer relationships

+ Partner with Sales, Technical, Production, Shipping, and Purchasing to keep projects moving efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:

+ At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction or manufacturing.

+ Comfortable acting as a team lead, including managing workflow and troubleshooting difficult projects.

+ Microsoft Office skills and preferably experience with an ERP software
