Position: TSR and CSR



Location: Vertis North Quezon City

Setup: Full time onsite

Schedule: Shifting/Night Shift

Salary for CSR: 18,000 + 6,000 allowance for 6 months to 1.11 years, 22,000 + 6,000 for 2 years of experience

Salary for TSR: Salary: 23,000 base pay + 6,000 allowance



Qualifications:



Customer Support Representative



Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of working experience in BPO Industry

Open to Highschool diploma

Telco or financial account experience is a plus



Technical Support Representative



At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role within a contact center or BPO environment, supporting hardware and software troubleshooting
