JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing call center duties to support assigned tasks requiring call center or survey assistance. Additional responsibilities include conducting surveys as needed based on specified contract and contractual requirements. Work is contingent upon contract needs and continues until completion or termination of the assigned task. Employment of contingent associates is unfixed, and they shall receive only those benefits statutorily required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for placing outgoing calls to defined survey targets and conducting interviews using pre-scripted interview tools, also responsible for appropriate and timely intake and disposition of returned calls.
