Position Overview
Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers in the utilities and infrastructure sector from our location. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and delivers dependable service across phone-based customer interactions. The role begins with onsite training for approximately 4 to 6 weeks and then transitions to a hybrid schedule with in-office work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with hours that may adjust during emergency response periods.
Responsibilities:
