**Description**

As a **Customer Service Representative (CSR** ), you’ll support business customer accounts by handling a high volume of customer walk-ins, inbound calls, emails, and order inquiries. You’ll work closely with a team of peers to resolve order, product, pricing, billing, and delivery issues quickly and accurately.

This role acts as a key customer support liaison between sales, warehouse operations, billing, and customers—ensuring a smooth order experience from start to finish.

**Location & Schedule**
This is an onsite, day shift, Monday–Friday role in our San Juan (Palmas Cantiña), Puerto Rico office.

+ Handle 50–100+ daily customer interactions (inbound calls, email, EDI, and fax).
